Stuffed Mushrooms

25-30 medium size mushrooms
1-1 1/2 pkg cream cheese
2-3 chopped green onions
1 pound Jimmy Dean "regular" sausage

Fry the sausage until done and let cool. Remove the stems from mushrooms, (try not to wet the mushrooms, just brush off any dirt and clean them with a papertowel) save about a 1/4 cup of the stems, chop them well, and add to the sausage, add cream cheese and mix well. Add the chopped green onions and stir well.
Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Cook@ 350 degrees for about 10-15 min. You will know they are done by the liquid that is pooled at the bottom of the mushroom.ENJOY!!
